However, the use of PowerPoint has not adequately facilitated students’ diverse learning styles and has not provided optimal visualization of virus material. Students also struggle to understand virus material, as it is microscopic in nature, as indicated by students’ daily test scores that were below the criteria for achieving learning objectives (KKTP). This study aims to: develop a qr-code-based Biology Uno Card learning media on virus material for tenth-grade senior high school students, determine the feasibility of the qr-code-based Biology Uno Card learning media on virus material for tenth-grade senior high school students, and identify students’ responses toward the qr-code-based Biology Uno Card learning media on virus material for tenth-grade senior high school students. This study is a type of Research and Development (R&amp;D) with the 4D development model (define, design, development, disseminate), although this study was limited to the development stage. The product feasibility test was conducted using a questionnaire instrument based on a Likert scale for validators (1 media expert, 1 subject matter expert, 3 peer reviewers, and 1 biology teacher) and 15 tenth-grade students of MAN 4 Bantul. The results of the research show that the qr-code-based Uno biology learning media for the tenth-grade high school/MA virus material achieved a percentage of 84% from media experts, 87% from material experts, 97% from peer reviewers, 99% from biology teachers, and 88% from students.
