      "abstract": "This study aims to test and analyze the influence of voice behavior and person-job fit on intention to stay, with job satisfaction as a mediator, particularly among employees of BPRS and BMT Beringharjo DIY. The sample used in this study consisted of 67 respondents using the purposive sampling method, and the data were processed using PLS-SEM techniques with SmartPLS version 4.1.1 software. The results of this study indicate that voice behavior affects intention to stay. Person-job fit does not affect intention to stay. Voice behavior and person-job fit affect job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between voice behavior and person-job fit on intention to stay. These findings are expected to serve as a basis for companies in managing human resources, particularly in Islamic financial institutions.",
