      "abstract": "Amidst the growth of the Islamic banking sector in Indonesia, other challenges such\r\nas service quality, product innovation, and competent human resource capabilities\r\narise along with this growth. Thus, it is important for companies to realize that in\r\nthis case, human resources play a crucial role in achieving the effectiveness of\r\norganizational goals. This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived\r\norganizational support and organizational justice on Organizational Citizenship\r\nBehavior through job satisfaction among Islamic bank employees in Klaten\r\nRegency. Testing was conducted on 45 respondents according to the criteria using\r\nSEM-PLS. The results showed that perceived organizational support had a\r\nsignificant positive effect on job satisfaction and OCB. Meanwhile, Organizational\r\nJustice only had a significant positive effect on OCB through Job Satisfaction. Job\r\nsatisfaction also had a positive effect on OCB and was able to mediate both\r\nexogenous variables on OCB.",
