as service quality, product innovation, and competent human resource capabilities&#13;
arise along with this growth. Thus, it is important for companies to realize that in&#13;
this case, human resources play a crucial role in achieving the effectiveness of&#13;
organizational goals. This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived&#13;
organizational support and organizational justice on Organizational Citizenship&#13;
Behavior through job satisfaction among Islamic bank employees in Klaten&#13;
Regency. Testing was conducted on 45 respondents according to the criteria using&#13;
SEM-PLS. The results showed that perceived organizational support had a&#13;
significant positive effect on job satisfaction and OCB. Meanwhile, Organizational&#13;
Justice only had a significant positive effect on OCB through Job Satisfaction. Job&#13;
satisfaction also had a positive effect on OCB and was able to mediate both&#13;
