Through purposive sampling, 40 employees were selected as respondents and the data were analyzed using SPSS 27. The results showed that workaholic behavior had a significant positive effect on performance and negatively on burnout. In contrast, workload does not have a significant impact on performance, but it does have a significant positive impact on burnout. Meanwhile, burnout does not affect performance and fails to mediate the relationship between variables.
