Through purposive sampling, 40 employees were selected as respondents and the data were analyzed using SPSS 27. The results showed that workaholic behavior had a significant positive effect on performance and negatively on burnout. In contrast, workload does not have a significant impact on performance, but it does have a significant positive impact on burnout. Meanwhile, burnout does not affect performance and fails to mediate the relationship between variables. Management is recommended to continue to manage workloads proportionately to minimize the risk of burnout.
