This study employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of BMT Beringharjo DIY. The results indicate that partially, Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Retention, while Work Environment and Sistem Penghargaan show positive but insignificant effects. Simultaneously, all three variables together have a significant influence on Employee Retention. These findings suggest that Organizational Culture is the most dominant factor in retaining employees within Islamic financial institutions, particularly at the regional level.</mods:abstract><mods:classification authority="lcc">297.273 Ekonomi Islam / Fiqih Muamalah</mods:classification><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8061">2026-06-02</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:originInfo><mods:publisher>UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA;FAKULTAS EKONOMI DAN BISNIS ISLAM</mods:publisher></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Thesis</mods:genre></mods:mods>
