Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel dan populasi 10 provinsi di Pulau Sumatra. Periode penelitian yang digunakan dari tahun 2012-2024. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian adalah MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) dan bantuan dari software Eviews 12. Teori yang dipilih dalam penelitian adalah pertumbuhan ekonomi endogen yakni pertumbuhan ekonomi dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal yakni inovasi, akumulasi modal, dan teknologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel investasi tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi secara independen. Sedangkan, variabel green economy memiliki pengaruh yang negatif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Selain itu, variabel populasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Dan dengan adanya moderasi dari teknologi informasi, dapat memperkuat hubungan investasi dan green economy terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Pulau Sumatra.
