This phenomenon is closely related to digital developments and post-pandemic work dynamics that encourage greater flexibility in working patterns. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving generation Z individuals who actively engage in work from cafe. The finding s reveal that work from cafe is not merely interpreted as an alternative workspace that supports productivity, but also as a medium for self-expression and the formation of social image. The meaning of work from cafe is dynamic and continuously modified through individual experiences and social interactions.
