This phenomenon is closely related to digital developments and post-pandemic work dynamics that encourage greater flexibility in working patterns. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving generation Z individuals who actively engage in work from cafe. The finding s reveal that work from cafe is not merely interpreted as an alternative workspace that supports productivity, but also as a medium for self-expression and the formation of social image. The meaning of work from cafe is dynamic and continuously modified through individual experiences and social interactions. This study concludes that work from café is part of a contemporary work culture that represents a flexible lifestyle while simultaneously serving as a medium for the construction og generation Z?s social identity.
