      "abstract": "Gadgets are frequently used by caregivers as tools to calm\r\nchildren in daycare settings, and this practice has triggered socioemotional\r\ndevelopmental problems in early childhood, including\r\nemotional instability, speech delay, and digital dependency. These\r\nproblems were identified at PAUD Al Husna Pamekasan, a daycare\r\nserving full-time working parents, which requires a parenting\r\napproach capable of building children’s resilience holistically. This\r\nstudy aims to describe the implementation of Madurese local\r\nwisdom-based parenting in the digital era, identify teachers’\r\nstrategies for integrating cultural values into parents’ child-rearing\r\npractices, and analyze the relationship between such parenting and\r\nchildren’s resilience development.\r\nThis study employed a qualitative approach using an\r\ninstrumental case study design. Data were collected through indepth\r\ninterviews with one school principal, three teachers, five\r\nparents, and one community figure, combined with six months of\r\nnon-participant observation and document analysis. Data validity\r\nwas tested through source triangulation, technique triangulation,\r\nmember checking, and prolonged engagement. Data were analyzed\r\nusing the Miles and Huberman interactive model.\r\nThe findings indicate that parents implement Madurese\r\nlocal wisdom-based parenting by instilling the values of Bhapa’\r\nbhabhu’ ghuru rato, ta’dzim, and andhap asor through role\r\nmodeling, reflective dialogue, structured daily routines, and\r\nculturally rooted alternative activities. Teachers integrate these\r\nvalues through direct habituation, behavioral modeling, regular\r\ncommunication with parents, and community-based parenting\r\nprograms. Madurese local wisdom-based parenting builds children’s\r\nresilience through five mechanisms, namely value internalization as\r\na self-regulation system, structured routines as digital time\r\nprotection, cultural identity reinforcement as a filter against negative\r\ncontent, social skill development through real-life interaction, and a\r\nconsistent value ecosystem across family, school, and community.\r\nThis study contributes the concept of cultural-authoritative\r\nparenting and the Three-Arena Value Transmission Model as\r\nframeworks for developing culturally grounded parenting practices\r\nadaptable to other early childhood institutions.",
