Kualitas layanan elektronik diukur secara komprehensif mengintegrasikan dimensi teknis (E-SQual) dan kepatuhan syariah (CARTER) sebagai higher-order construct. Data dikumpulkan dari 251 responden melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan pendekatan second-order construct. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas layanan elektronik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pengguna. Kepuasan pengguna juga terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas serta berfungsi sebagai mediator parsial (partial mediation). Temuan ini mengonfirmasi teori tahapan loyalitas Oliver, penilaian kognitif atas fitur fungsional dan kepatuhan syariah dibangun melalui kepuasan afektif terlebih dahulu sebelum membentuk loyalitas konatif yang kokoh. Bank Syariah Indonesia disarankan menjaga stabilitas sistem dan transparansi syariah untuk mempertahankan retensi nasabah.
