MAKING TRIAL AND EVALUATION LABORATORY (DEMATEL) DAN CARDIOVASCULAR LOAD (CVL) PADA PPKA PT KERETA API INDONESIA (PERSERO)</mods:title></mods:titleInfo><mods:name type="personal"><mods:namePart type="given">NIM.: 22106060035</mods:namePart><mods:namePart type="family">Hadi Nur Rofik</mods:namePart><mods:role><mods:roleTerm type="text">author</mods:roleTerm></mods:role></mods:name><mods:abstract>His study aims to analyze the mental and physical workloads of Train Dispatchers (Pengatur Perjalanan Kereta Api/PPKA) at Kampung Bandan Station and Jakarta Kota Station, and to examine the relationship and differences in workload between the two stations. Mental workload was analyzed using the NASA-TLX method modified with DEMATEL weighting through two stages: identifying the five highest operational incidents categorized by ten disturbance factors and analyzing the cause-and-effect relationships among NASA-TLX dimensions in those incidents and daily activities. Physical workload was analyzed using the Cardiovascular Load (CVL) method. The results showed that the average mental workload of PPKA at Kampung Bandan Station was 80.75 for the five selected incidents and 77.01 for daily activities, while at Jakarta Kota Station it was 72.71 for the five highest incidents and 67.08 for daily activities. The physical workload of PPKA at Kampung Bandan Station ranged from 76.99 to 82.24, while at Jakarta Kota Station it ranged from 65.38% to 76.25%. Mental workload data were normally distributed, whereas physical workload data were not; therefore, the relationship test used Spearman’s rho. The results showed a moderate positive but insignificant relationship between mental and physical workloads at Kampung Bandan Station, while a very strong and significant positive relationship was found at Jakarta Kota Station. Differences in mental workload were tested using the Independent Samples t-Test, and differences in physical workload were tested using the Mann–Whitney U Test. The results prove that PPKA at Kampung Bandan Station have higher mental and physical workloads, while a stronger relationship between mental and physical workloads occurs at Jakarta Kota Station.&#13;
