TikTok, with its infinite scrolling feature and personalized algorithm, has become a platform highly vulnerable to triggering doomscrolling behavior the habit of continuously consuming negative content. This study aims to describe the forms of doomscrolling behavior exhibited by university students and to analyze its impact on their daily mental well-being. This study utilizes a qualitative approach with a phenomenological study design. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews with seven informants, observation, and documentation. Source and technique triangulation were employed to ensure data validity.
