untuk memodelkan hubungan antara variabel dependen yang bersifat biner dengan&#13;
satu atau lebih variabel independen. Penelitian ini bertujuan menerapkan regresi&#13;
logistik biner pada kasus kepuasan pelanggan Shopee Food dengan&#13;
mempertimbangkan faktor kualitas layanan, kemudahan pemesanan, dan promosi.&#13;
Berdasarkan analisis terhadap 151 responden mahasiswa UIN Sunan Kalijaga,&#13;
faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Shopee Food&#13;
adalah promosi, sedangkan kualitas layanan dan kemudahan pemesanan tidak&#13;
berpengaruh signifikan. Variabel promosi meningkatkan kecenderungan kepuasan&#13;
pelanggan sebesar 37,1 persen untuk setiap kenaikan satu unit promosi. Model&#13;
regresi logistik biner yang dihasilkan juga dinyatakan sesuai dengan data&#13;
berdasarkan uji Hosmer-Lemeshow. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi&#13;
berperan penting dalam membentuk kepuasan pelanggan Shopee Food di kalangan&#13;
mahasiswa.&#13;
