Karangpetir Village recorded the second-highest number of stunting cases in Tambak District, with 40 children affected in 2024. This condition requires massive intervention from both local and central governments. This study aims to determine the implementation of the stunting reduction acceleration program policy by the Karangpetir village government. It employs a qualitative descriptive method, utilizing purposive sampling to select 5 stunting sufferers aged 0-5 years and 4 stakeholders from Karangpetir Village. Data were gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation. This study applies Urie Bronfenbrenner's Social Ecological Model theory, which posits that human development is influenced by the microsystem, mesosystem, exosystem, macrosystem, and chronosystem layers. The results show that the microsystem layer has the most significant influence on child development leading to stunting, supported by each of the other layers. The role of parents has a highly profound impact on decision-making regarding children's health development. In general, the program implementation has been carried out; however, village community participation remains low, thereby hindering the policy implementation process. %K stunting; model ekologi sosial; kesehatan anak %D 2026 %I UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA %L digilib77453
