As a result, this study is required in order to determine the role of GP Ansor and Fatayat Sleman Regency in instilling leadership and responsibility attitudes in society, as well as to investigate the factors that support and hinder GP Ansor and Fatayat's role in instilling these attitudes in society.
This type of study employs field research, which necessitates researchers being directly involved in the role of instilling leadership attitudes and real responsibility through a sociological approach that examines human relationships, both individually and in groups, by observing behavior patterns, mental functions, and human habits in a setting.
The following are the findings of this study: (1) The importance of leadership and responsibility necessitates that GP Ansor and Fatayat Sleman Regency play a role in NU's younger generation so that they are conscious of their responsibilities as servants and caliphs on earth. (2) The role of GP Ansor and Fatayat in the Sleman Regency in instilling leadership and responsibility attitudes in the young generation of NU through their roles as figurehead, leader, intermediary and disseminator official, entrepreneur and dispelling disturbance, monitor and resource alligator, spokesperson and negotiator. (3) The reasons for its foundation by muassis and ulama to defend the nation, the existence of Banom levels below it, such as the relevant IPNU, having prospective educational and environmental backgrounds, and having a vast network are the key supporting factors for GP Ansor. Support for Fatayat comes from family, relationships, a large number of progressive cadres, and maximizing cooperation. Meanwhile, GP Ansor's constraining variables include a disparate educational background, individual capacities, and a wide age gap. Fatayat is hampered by causes such as the pandemic, inefficient internet activities, the restricted time available to women of reproductive age, a lack of support from numerous parties, and a lack of open communication.</mods:abstract><mods:classification authority="lcc">297.65 Organisasi Islam</mods:classification><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8061">2022-01-21</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:originInfo><mods:publisher>UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA;FAKULTAS ILMU TARBIYAH DAN KEGURUAN</mods:publisher></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Thesis</mods:genre></mods:mods>
