This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the library's strategy refers to the strategic management theory by Lasa (2008), which includes four main aspects: future orientation, SWOT analysis, human resource development, and support from top management. These strategies were realized through innovative service programs, user-oriented collection development, utilization of information technology, and structured team collaboration, where all strategies were applied across nine accreditation components. The supporting factors for the library's success include the principal?s support, librarian competence, and students? enthusiasm. On the other hand, inhibiting factors include limited budget, shortage of professional librarians, and inadequate technological facilities. Nevertheless, these challenges were overcome through a strategic and collaborative approach implemented in a sustainable manner. This study is expected to serve as a reference for other schools in designing effective library management strategies in accordance with national accreditation standards.} }
