The method in this study uses a quantitative correlational method with a data analysis stage that begins with a descriptive test using the mean and grand mean, normality test, linearity test, and hypothesis test using the product moment correlation test. The results of the data analysis showed that the availability of textbook collections and the fulfillment of information needs of health sciences faculty students at the 'Aisyiyah University Library in Yogyakarta are in the good category. The correlation results show that there is a strong relationship between the availability of textbook collections and the fulfillment of information needs of health sciences faculty students at the 'Aisyiyah University Library in Yogyakarta with a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 <0.05 and a correlation value of 0.785 so that the hypothesis is accepted. Based on the research results, the Library of the University of Aisyiyah Yogyakarta needs to improve its ability to analyze user needs and needs to increase the availability of textbook collections, especially fiction collections.
