The digital library characteristics used in this research are a combination of digital library characteristics according to Ian H. Witten and David Bainbridge with Gobinda G. Chowdhury and Sudatta Chowdhury. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The informants were selected using a purposive sampling technique of six people selected based on the elements of managers, contributors, and users of the Let's Read application. The data collection technique used observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out with analysis guidelines according to Miles and Huberman, which previously carried out data validity tests. The results of this study show that the eight components a combination of digital library characteristics according to Ian H. Witten and David Bainbridge with Gobinda G. Chowdhury and Sudatta Chowdhury, have been fulfilled by the Let's Read application. The eight components include users, technology, collection development policies, the concept of ownership, access to information and materials, the role of librarians, retrieval facilities, digital libraries have no space, time, and language restrictions. However, there are several sub-components that are not fulfilled. First, the technology component cannot be connected to servers from other digital libraries. Second, the sub-component of access to information and materials that does not provide collection facilities in the form of video formats. Therefore, researchers suggest that the Let's Read application can have a server that can exchange information in order to increase reading references. In addition, providing collection facilities in the form of video formats so that they can present moving animations and sign language videos. This can fulfill Let's Read's goal of supporting inclusive community growth and the material needs of digital library users.} }
