The study was conducted because OPAC is one of the important services in the library, but there are still users who find it difficult or are dissatisfied when using it. The research method used is quantitative by distributing questionnaires to class XI SMA Negeri 1 Sedayu as OPAC users. The data collected were then analyzed using statistical tests to determine the relationship between the variables in the TAM model, namely perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, behavioral intention to use, actual use, and attitude toward using. The results of the study showed that the ease of use and perceived benefits greatly influenced user satisfaction. The easier and more useful the OPAC is to use, the higher the level of user satisfaction. In addition, the results of the study also showed that most users felt that OPAC had helped them find collection information, but there were still some obstacles such as an unattractive appearance and search features that needed to be improved.
