        abstract = {This study aims to determine the level of inmates? perceptions of library services at the Class IIB Correctional Facility in Sleman. The research employed a descriptive quantitative approach with data collection techniques including questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The sample consisted of 77 inmates selected using purposive sampling. The research instrument assessed three aspects: perceptions of services, collections, and library staff. The data were analyzed using the mean and grand mean formulas to identify the overall perception trend. The findings indicate that, in general, inmates have a positive perception of the library services, with a grand mean score of 4.06. The mean score for service quality was 3.89, for collections 3.79, and for library staff 4.50. All aspects fall within the positive to very positive category. This suggests that the library services at the Class IIB Correctional Facility in Sleman are functioning well, particularly in terms of staff performance, which was perceived as friendly, responsive, and informative. Nonetheless, several issues were identified, such as the limited number and diversity of collections and the inflexible loan period. Based on these findings, the researcher suggests improvements to the library services, including expanding relevant collections, providing staff training, and enhancing supporting facilities to strengthen the library's role as a medium for rehabilitation and information access.}
