This study employs a quantitative approach using an online questionnaire method, resulting in a sample of 55 employees from three BPRS institutions: BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga, BPRS HIK MCI, and BPRS Unisia Insan Indonesia. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 25.
