%T PENGARUH WORK-LIFE HARMONY, ETIKA KERJA ISLAM DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PADA KARYAWAN BPRS DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA
%X This study aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance, Islamic work ethics, and the work environment on the productivity of employees at Sharia Rural Banks (BPRS) in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This study employs a quantitative approach using an online questionnaire method, resulting in a sample of 55 employees from three BPRS institutions: BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga, BPRS HIK MCI, and BPRS Unisia Insan Indonesia. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 25. The results indicate that Islamic work ethics have a significant positive influence, whereas work-life balance and the work environment do not have a significant influence on employee productivity.
