This research employs a quantitative approach using an associative method. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to 35 respondents who are employees of two Islamic banks serving as the research objects. The data analysis techniques used include descriptive statistical analysis, instrument testing, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, and mediation analysis using the Sobel Test. The results show that Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Work Life Balance also has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Furthermore, Job Satisfaction significantly affects Keterikatan kerja, and Work Life Balance likewise significantly influences Keterikatan kerja. Keterikatan kerja is proven to have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The mediation test results indicate that Keterikatan kerja mediates the relationship between Job Satisfaction and Work Life Balance on Employee Performance. These findings highlight that improving job satisfaction and Work Life Balance can enhance Keterikatan kerja, ultimately strengthening employee performance.</mods:abstract><mods:classification authority="lcc">332.1 Banks/Bank, Perbankan</mods:classification><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8061">2026-03-06</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:originInfo><mods:publisher>UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA;FAKULTAS EKONOMI DAN BISNIS ISLAM</mods:publisher></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Thesis</mods:genre></mods:mods>
