EFEKTIVITAS BIMBINGAN MANASIK HAJI BAGI JEMAAH LANSIA DI KBIHU AR RAUDHAH SLEMAN YOGYAKARTA TAHUN 2025NIM.: 22102040085Khairatun NisaauthorThis research is motivated by the importance of adaptive manasik guidance for elderly pilgrims to overcome their physical limitations and religious understanding. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Hajj manasik guidance implementation for elderly pilgrims at KBIHU Ar Raudhah Sleman. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. Effectiveness analysis is measured through five main indicators: reaction, learning, behavior, organizational results, and cost-effectiveness. The results show that the manasik guidance at KBIHU Ar Raudhah runs effectively. In terms of reaction, elderly pilgrims showed a very good satisfaction level (average score of 4.62) driven by the patient services of the guides which successfully reduced the pilgrims' anxiety. For the learning indicator, direct field practice methods and visual theory simplification proved effective in helping pilgrims understand the Hajj pillars sequence, reaching about 70% understanding despite their memory decline. Regarding behavior, there was an increase in mental readiness and independence, evidenced by high attendance discipline and the ability to control sunnah worship limits. Furthermore, the organizational results indicate the successful achievement of protection targets through energy management at the accommodation and an assistance system, ensuring that pilgrims could worship validly and safely.
