However, the company still experiences discrepancies between customer demand and actual production output, particularly for the Wajan Super Polish No. 12 product, which had the lowest demand fulfillment rate during January–December 2025. This study aims to measure production productivity using the Objective Matrix (OMAX) method with criteria weighting based on the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), and to analyze the root causes of low productivity using Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). The results showed that the productivity index during 2025 fluctuated significantly. The highest productivity index occurred in July at 134%, while the lowest occurred in April at -77%. Based on the OMAX and Traffic Light System (TLS) evaluation, the electrical energy usage criterion had the lowest performance with a score of 35 points. Meanwhile, the raw material utilization criterion, which had the highest weight of 30,66%, obtained a score of 41 points and was categorized as low. Based on the productivity evaluation and FTA analysis, the proposed improvements focus on controlling electrical energy usage through optimizing the role of technicians, implementing inspection SOPs for electrical equipment and areas, maintaining maintenance logbooks, labeling cable service life, and creating digital reminders for cable replacement schedules. In addition, improving raw material utilization is proposed through in-process QC, cross-checks between operators, operator evaluation SOPs, waste reduction, and monitoring aluminum raw material prices.
