Based on the sample determination, 214 Generation Z respondents were obtained, where they were selected through purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS software. The results show that performance expectancy and social inflence have a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention. Meanwhile, effort expectancy and facilitating conditions have a positive but not significant effect on behavioral intention. In addition, zakat literacy is found to have a positive and significant inflence on Generation Z’s intention to use digital payments for ZIS. %Z Furqonul Haq, S.E.I.,M.E.I.
