The problem addressed in this study is the limited number of anatomical and histological studies of the reticulated python?s digestive tract that can be utilized as visualbased interactive media. The methods used were qualitative descriptive analysis to examine the anatomical and histological structure of the reticulated python?s digestive tract and research and development (R&D) to produce the interactive e-booklet. Observations were conducted on the esophagus, stomach, small intestine, and large intestine through the stages of fixation, dehydration, embedding, sectioning, and Hematoxylin-Eosin staining, followed by microscopic examination. The research results indicate that the digestive tract of the reticulated python possesses distinctive anatomical and histological structures, where each organ consists of four main layers: the serosa, muscularis, submucosa, and mucosa. The interactive e-booklet was developed using the Canva application with the addition of various features such as images, videos, audio, links, and quizzes, and was subsequently converted into a flipbook format. The feasibility test results show that the interactive e-booklet received a rating of ?highly feasible? from 86% of media experts, 97% of content experts, 98% of peer reviewers, 96.5% of biology teachers, and 94% of students.
