BERBASIS INTERNET OF THINGS (IoT)</mods:title></mods:titleInfo><mods:name type="personal"><mods:namePart type="given">NIM.: 21106020024</mods:namePart><mods:namePart type="family">Akmal Nur Sya’ban</mods:namePart><mods:role><mods:roleTerm type="text">author</mods:roleTerm></mods:role></mods:name><mods:abstract>Tingginya jumlah penderita diabetes melitus secara global mendorong kebutuhan akan alat pemantau kadar glukosa darah yang nyaman, murah, dan mudah digunakan tanpa prosedur invasif. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang, membuat, dan menguji glukometer noninvasif berbasis sensor MAX30102, mikrokontroler ESP8266, dan sistem Internet of Things (IoT) menggunakan protokol MQTT. Sensor MAX30102 bekerja dengan prinsip photoplethysmography (PPG), mendeteksi sinyal melalui permukaan kulit menggunakan pancaran cahaya merah dan inframerah untuk mengukur kadar glukosa darah secara tidak langsung. Data yang diperoleh diproses oleh mikrokontroler ESP8266 dan dikirimkan secara real-time ke platform IoT melalui jaringan WiFi menggunakan aplikasi IoT MQTT Panel. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa alat memiliki akurasi rata-rata sebesar 98,21%, memenuhi standar ISO 15197:2013 yang diadopsi PERKENI. Nilai presisi keterulangan rata-rata sebesar 99,04% dan 98,92% untuk masing-masing operator, serta presisi antara rata-rata sebesar 98,71%.&#13;
