On the other hand, many educational institutions still face obstacles in the management of facilities and infrastructure that are not optimal so that they are not able to optimally support student achievements. Even though it already has relatively adequate facilities and infrastructure as a state madrass, MAN 2 Kediri continues to make various efforts to develop and evaluate facilities to support the growing needs of students. This condition is interesting to be studied from the perspective of continuous improvement This research aims to: (1) describe the condition of facilities and infrastructure management in MAN 2 Kediri; (2) analyze the implementation of continuous improvement through the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) cycle; and (3) describe the impact on the student's non-academic achievement. This research is expected to provide benefits for madrasas in improving the quality of management of educational facilities. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation with the deputy head of the madrasah for public relations, the deputy head of the madrasah for facilities and infrastructure, extracurricular coaches, and the head of extracurriculars. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn, and validity was tested by triangulating sources and techniques.
