"This research is motivated by the increase in non-academic\r\nachievements of MAN 2 Kediri students at the district, provincial, national, and\r\neven international levels. On the other hand, many educational institutions still\r\nface obstacles in the management of facilities and infrastructure that are not\r\noptimal so that they are not able to optimally support student achievements.\r\nEven though it already has relatively adequate facilities and infrastructure as a\r\nstate madrass, MAN 2 Kediri continues to make various efforts to develop and\r\nevaluate facilities to support the growing needs of students. This condition is\r\ninteresting to be studied from the perspective of continuous improvement\r\nThis research aims to: (1) describe the condition of facilities and\r\ninfrastructure management in MAN 2 Kediri; (2) analyze the implementation\r\nof continuous improvement through the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) cycle;\r\nand (3) describe the impact on the student's non-academic achievement. This\r\nresearch is expected to provide benefits for madrasas in improving the quality\r\nof management of educational facilities.\r\nThis study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected\r\nthrough interviews, observations, and documentation with the deputy head of\r\nthe madrasah for public relations, the deputy head of the madrasah for facilities\r\nand infrastructure, extracurricular coaches, and the head of extracurriculars.\r\nData were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion\r\ndrawn, and validity was tested by triangulating sources and techniques.\r\nThe results of the study show that: (1) the management of facilities and\r\ninfrastructure in MAN 2 Kediri is carried out through needs planning based on\r\nuser proposals, organization involving various parties, the implementation of\r\nprocurement and maintenance of facilities, and supervision through periodic\r\nmonitoring; (2) the principle of continuous improvement is applied through the\r\nPDCA cycle which includes the identification of facilities and infrastructure\r\nneeds, the implementation of facility development programs, utilization\r\nevaluation, and follow-up on evaluation results; and (3) the management of\r\nfacilities and infrastructure contributes to supporting non-academic activities\r\nthrough the provision of facilities that support the implementation of student\r\nprograms and activities so as to support the achievement of various nonacademic\r\nachievements."^^ .
