Institutional Repository UIN Sunan Kalijaga YogyakartaANALISIS PENERAPAN PERATURAN PERPUSNAS RI NOMOR 4 TAHUN 2024 DI SMPN 9 HARUAI DAN MAN 4 TABALONG: TINJAUAN TENAGA DAN PENGELOLAAN PERPUSTAKAANNIM.: 24200011011Muhamad Hafiz AnshariauthorResearch Objective: This study aims to describe the analysis of the implementation of library staff and library management standards based on the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia Regulation Number 4 of 2024 at SMPN 9 Haruai and MAN 4 Tabalong, to identify the factors that hinder their implementation, and to describe the strategies employed by library staff to overcome various limitations in order to maintain library services. Method: This study employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The research was conducted at SMPN 9 Haruai and MAN 4 Tabalong, involving the head librarian and library staff as research participants. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation and were analyzed using data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing, and verification. Data trustworthiness was established through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The analysis was based on the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia Regulation Number 4 of 2024 concerning the National Standards for School Libraries. Results: Results: The findings indicate that the implementation of the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia Regulation Number 4 of 2024 on library staff and library management at SMPN 9 Haruai and MAN 4 Tabalong showed different levels of compliance. MAN 4 Tabalong demonstrated better compliance in both library staff and library management, supported by library staff with an educational background in Library and Information Science. Although both schools still encountered internal and external challenges, they continued to optimize available resources to maintain library services.
