The convenience, efficiency, and accessibility offered by such platforms have increased public interest in sharia-based investment products. Nevertheless, the implementation of sharia stock investment through digital platforms requires further examination to ensure its compliance with Islamic legal principles as stipulated in the fatwas of the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI) and the objectives of Islamic law (maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah). This study aims to: (1) describe the practice of sharia stock investment through the Bibit platform; (2) analyze the practice from the perspective of DSN-MUI fatwas; and (3) examine it from the perspective of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah. This study employs a library research method with a descriptive-analytical approach. The data were collected from various written sources, including DSN-MUI fatwas, statutory regulations, books, academic journals, undergraduate theses, master's theses, and other relevant literature. The study applies a normative approach focusing on Islamic legal principles derived from the Qur’an, Hadith, DSN-MUI fatwas, and the theory of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah. The collected data were analyzed qualitatively through data reduction, classification, interpretation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that sharia stock investment through the Bibit platform involves account registration, fund deposits, the selection of stocks listed in the Sharia Securities List (Daftar Efek Syariah), and electronic trading through the Indonesia Stock Exchange. From the perspective of DSN-MUI fatwas, the investment practice complies with sharia principles because it utilizes sharia-compliant stocks, avoids elements of riba (usury), gharar (uncertainty), and maisir (gambling), and does not facilitate short selling or interest-based margin trading. Furthermore, from the perspective of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah, the practice promotes public welfare by preserving religion (hifẓ al-dīn), enhancing intellectual awareness and financial literacy (hifẓ al- ‘aql), and protecting as well as developing wealth productively (hifẓ al-māl).
