"This study aims to analyze the determinants of Financial\r\nbehavior among Islamic bank customers by integrating religiosity as a\r\nmoderating variable. The primary focus of the research is to evaluate\r\nthe influence of perceived maslahah (public interest), customer\r\nattitude, and trust on Financial behavior within the Islamic banking\r\necosystem in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek). The phenomenon\r\nof low financial literacy and the prevailing public perception that\r\nIslamic banks are identical to conventional banks serve as the critical\r\nbackground for examining customers' internal cognitive and affective\r\nfactors.\r\nThe research method employed is a quantitative method using\r\nstatistical analysis tools the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation\r\nModeling (PLS-SEM) approach, processed via SmartPLS Software.\r\nData were collected through questionnaires distributed to Islamic bank\r\ncustomers using specific sampling techniques and measured using a\r\nLikert scale. Data analysis includes the evaluation of the measurement\r\nmodel (Outer Model) for validity and reliability, as well as the\r\nstructural model (Inner Model) through Bootstrapping techniques to\r\ntest the hypotheses.\r\nThe results of the study indicate that perceived maslahah,\r\ncustomer attitude, and trust partially have a positive and significant\r\ninfluence on customer Financial behavior. Simultaneously, these three\r\nfactors also significantly determine financial decision-making in\r\nIslamic banking. A crucial finding of this research reveals that\r\nreligiosity functions as a moderating variable that significantly\r\nstrengthens the influence of perceived maslahah, attitude, and trust on\r\nFinancial behavior. This suggests that customers with high levels of\r\nreligiosity tend to be more consistent in implementing Sharia\r\nprinciples in their financial activities.\r\nThe conclusion of this study affirms that the Financial behavior\r\nof Islamic bank customers is driven by a combination of utility\r\n(maslahah), psychological evaluation (attitude), and institutional integrity (trust), all of which are reinforced by religious values.\r\nPractical implications for the Islamic banking industry include the\r\nimportance of communication strategies that emphasize maqāṣid alsyarī‘\r\nah values and increased transparency to strengthen customer\r\ntrust and positive behavior."^^ .
