Addressing this problem requires collaboration between guidance and counselor (BK) teachers and homeroom teachers to ensure effective and sustainable intervention. This study aims to examine the collaboration between BK teachers and homeroom teachers in addressing smoking behavior in the classrooms of VIII-H grade students at SMP Negeri 15 Yogyakarta. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach with field research; data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the BK teacher, homeroom teacher, and six students identified through purposive sampling; data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing.
