This study aims to describe the implementation of teacher performance management at MAN 2 Yogyakarta based on five indicators: performance planning, goal setting, performance measurement, feedback, and performance development. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the principal, the vice principal for curriculum affairs, teachers, and students. The validity of the data was examined using source triangulation. The findings indicate that the implementation of performance management at MAN 2 Yogyakarta has been carried out effectively. Performance planning is implemented through participatory work program planning, goal setting is aligned with teachers' competencies and workloads, performance measurement is conducted objectively through competency mapping and continuous evaluation, feedback is provided through communication and coaching to address work-related challenges, while performance development is carried out through training, workshops, seminars, monitoring, and teacher regeneration programs.
