This study aims to analyze the efforts of the Center for Disability Services (PLD) in building work readiness, the synergy between PLD and families, and the main challenges of career diversification for disabled alumni in the world of work. The method used is qualitative with an intrinsic case study design, involving 14 disabled alumni informants along with PLD and families, utilizing observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is integrated through the Social Model of Disability, Theory of Career Construction, and Protean Career Theory. The results show that, PLD's efforts are highly optimal in fulfilling pre-graduation academic services, yet there is a policy vacuum in the post-graduation transition phase, which indirectly forces alumni to develop career autonomy independently. Institutional synergy between the campus and families breaks down totally after graduation, triggering a massive burden-shifting phenomenon to the domestic sphere. Family parenting styles over the crucial role in shaping the four dimensions of alumni career adaptability. The main challenges in the world of work include administrative regulatory barriers, limitations in physical and digital infrastructure, and social stigma. Facing this exclusion, alumni respond with career diversification as a survival strategy, diasporizing from the rigid formal sector to the NGO sector and independent entrepreneurship to reclaim economic sovereignty.</mods:abstract><mods:classification authority="lcc">362.4 Permasalahan dan Layanan kepada Penyandang Cacat, Disabilitas</mods:classification><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8061">2026-06-12</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:originInfo><mods:publisher>UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA;FAKULTAS DAKWAH DAN KOMUNIKASI</mods:publisher></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Thesis</mods:genre></mets:xmlData></mets:mdWrap></mets:dmdSec><mets:amdSec ID="TMD_eprint_77748"><mets:rightsMD ID="rights_eprint_77748_mods"><mets:mdWrap MDTYPE="MODS"><mets:xmlData><mods:useAndReproduction>
