The level of employee resilience can be influenced by various factors, such as the work environment, social support, religiosity, and self-development. Therefore, this study aims to analyze these four factors on employee resilience at BMT Beringharjo Yogyakarta. A quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique was used, involving 40 employees as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS.
