This research employed a quantitative approach with a saturated sampling technique, involving 30 Generation Z employees from both conventional and Islamic BCA branches in Medan City. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling?Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method with the assistance of SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicate that work flexibility and work engagement have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Generation Z employees. In contrast, work-life harmony and job satisfaction do not have a significant effect on employee performance. These findings suggest that work flexibility and work engagement are more influential factors in improving the performance of Generation Z employees at Bank Central Asia in Medan City. This study is expected to contribute to the development of human resource policies that align with the characteristics and work preferences of Generation Z employees.
