      "abstract": "This study is motivated by the importance of Hajj manasik guidance as a\r\npreparatory program for prospective pilgrims to perform the Hajj pilgrimage in\r\naccordance with Islamic teachings. The Sleman Regency Government is the only\r\nregency government in the Special Region of Yogyakarta that organizes a Hajj\r\nmanasik guidance program for prospective pilgrims. Therefore, it is necessary to\r\nexamine how the planning and supervision processes of the program are carried\r\nout. This study aims to analyze the planning and supervision of Hajj manasik\r\nguidance conducted by the Sleman Regency Government in 2025. The research\r\nemploys a descriptive qualitative approach. The research subjects include the\r\nPublic Welfare Division of the Sleman Regency Government, the Office of the\r\nMinistry of Religious Affairs of Sleman Regency, and the Indonesian Hajj\r\nBrotherhood Association (IPHI) of Sleman Regency. Data were collected through\r\ninterviews, observations, and documentation. Data validity was ensured through\r\nsource triangulation and technique triangulation. Data analysis used the\r\ninteractive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, consisting of data collection,\r\ndata condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that\r\nthe planning of Hajj manasik guidance involves goal setting, program and schedule\r\npreparation, human resource management, budgeting, and the provision of\r\nsupporting facilities and infrastructure. Supervision is carried out through activity\r\nmonitoring, program evaluation, identification of obstacles, and corrective actions\r\nto improve the effectiveness of the guidance program. Effective planning and\r\nsupervision contribute to improving service quality and enhancing the readiness of\r\nprospective pilgrims to perform the Hajj pilgrimage.",
