reproduction material due to the limited visual-based learning media. In fact, the
potential of kepok banana (Musa paradisiaca. L) is found quite abundantly in the
surrounding environment. Therefore, a Booklet on the reproduction of kepok
banana (Musa paradisiaca. L) was developed as a contextual learning medium.
This study aims to determine the reproduction of kepok banana (Musa paradisiaca.
L) plants found at the research location, as well as to determine the design,
feasibility, and practicality of the kepok banana (Musa paradisiaca. L)
reproduction Booklet as a biology learning medium. The research method used is
Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model which
includes the stages of analysis, design, and development. The research object is a
kepok banana (Musa paradisiaca. L) plant found in Kauman Hamlet, Jatisarono,
Nanggulan, Kulon Progo. The study material is in the form of morphology of kepok
banana plants, reproduction of kepok banana plants including vegetative and
generative reproduction presented in the form of a printed Booklet based on
original images. The product's feasibility was assessed by two subject matter expert
lecturers and two media expert lecturers. The product's practicality was assessed
by two biology teachers and 17 students at Madrasah Aliyah Al Ichsan. Feasibility
and practicality data were obtained through a Likert-scale questionnaire (1-5)
analyzed using validity and reliability tests. The results showed that the subject
matter expert's assessment obtained a validity score of 0.86 and a reliability score
of 0.94, categorized as very feasible. The media expert's assessment obtained a
validity score of 0.81 and a reliability score of 0.91, categorized as very feasible.
The biology teacher's assessment obtained a validity score of 0.89 and a reliability
score of 0.91, categorized as very practical. Meanwhile, the student assessment
obtained a validity score of 0.60 and a reliability score of 0.87, categorized as very
practical. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the developed Booklet on
the reproduction of the kepok banana plant (Musa paradisiaca. L.) is very feasible
and very practical to use as a biology learning medium for grade 11 high school
students.</mods:abstract><mods:classification authority="lcc">371.33 Media Pembelajaran</mods:classification><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8061">2026-06-29</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:originInfo><mods:publisher>UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA;FAKULTAS ILMU TARBIYAH DAN KEGURUAN</mods:publisher></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Thesis</mods:genre></mods:mods>
