%T MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI ANAK DHUAFA PENERIMA BEASISWA ANAK JUARA RUMAH ZAKAT YOGYAKARTA
%X This study aims to identify the factors influencing the achievement motivation of underprivileged children receiving the Beasiswa Anak Juara scholarship at Rumah Zakat Yogyakarta and the strategies they use to maintain their achievement motivation. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that the achievement motivation of underprivileged children was influenced by intrinsic and extrinsic factors. Intrinsic factors included need for achievement, self-efficacy, and personal values regarding the importance of education and hard work. Meanwhile, extrinsic factors included family support, the Beasiswa Anak Juara scholarship program, and a positive developmental environment. The strategies used by the children in maintaining achievement motivation reflected self regulated learning abilities, including metacognitive, motivational, and behavioral aspects. These strategies were reflected in their ability to manage schedules, remember goals and aspirations, control distractions, utilize social support, and apply emotional and spiritual coping strategies. Thus, the achievement motivation of underprivileged children is influenced not only by internal and external factors, but also strengthened by self regulated learning abilities in dealing with economic and social limitations.
