This study aims to analyze the effect of Awareness, Performance Expectancy, and Effort Expectancy on Intention to use the Qazwa Syariah application, with Sharia Compliance as a mediating variable. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method and was analyzed using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS. The results show that Awareness and Sharia Compliance have a positive and significant effect on Intention to use Qazwa Syariah, while Performance Expectancy and Effort Expectancy have no significant effect. In addition, Awareness and Effort Expectancy have a positive and significant effect on Sharia Compliance, while Performance Expectancy has no significant effect. In the indirect effect analysis, Sharia Compliance is unable to mediate the effect of Awareness and Performance Expectancy on Intention to use Qazwa Syariah, but is able to mediate the effect of Effort Expectancy on Intention to use Qazwa Syariah. This study concludes that sharia compliance is an important factor in increasing the intention to use Sharia FinTech applications.
