These demands have the potential to cause academic stress if not balanced with strong adaptability. Therefore, self-resilience is a crucial factor in helping students survive, adapt, and cope with the various pressures that arise during their education. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-resilience and academic stress among students at the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication, UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. The study used a quantitative approach with a correlational approach. The subjects were 62 students selected using incidental sampling. The instruments used were a self-resilience scale adapted from the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) and an academic stress scale. Data were analyzed through descriptive analysis, normality tests, and Pearson Product Moment correlation tests. The results showed that 79% of respondents' self-resilience levels were in the moderate category, 11.3% in the high category, and 9.7% in the low category. Meanwhile, the majority of academic stress levels were in the moderate category. The hypothesis test results showed a correlation coefficient of 0.435 with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). This finding indicates a significant relationship between self-resilience and academic stress in Islamic boarding school students, with a moderate level of correlation. The results indicate that resilience skills play a role in helping Islamic boarding school students cope with and adapt to academic pressure.</mods:abstract><mods:classification authority="lcc">158.3 Psikologi Konseling, Penyuluhan, Bimbingan Konseling</mods:classification><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8061">2026-06-05</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:originInfo><mods:publisher>UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA;FAKULTAS DAKWAH DAN KOMUNIKASI</mods:publisher></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Thesis</mods:genre></mets:xmlData></mets:mdWrap></mets:dmdSec><mets:amdSec ID="TMD_eprint_77817"><mets:rightsMD ID="rights_eprint_77817_mods"><mets:mdWrap MDTYPE="MODS"><mets:xmlData><mods:useAndReproduction>
