This study applies an intermediation approach with the Variable Return to Scale (VRS) model and is output-oriented. The sample consists of 10 Islamic Commercial Banks selected through purposive sampling. Input variables include capital, third-party funds, and operational costs, while output variables consist of financing and operational income. Data were analyzed using Win4Deap 2 software. The results of the VRS model and output oriented show that six Islamic Commercial Banks achieved efficiency: Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank Jabar Banten Syariah, Bank Syariah Indonesia, Bank Mega Syariah, Bank Panin Dubai Syariah, and Bank Syariah Bukopin. Meanwhile, Bank Aceh Syariah, Bank Nusa Tenggara Barat Syariah, Bank BCA Syariah, and Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Syariah were deemed inefficient. Slack analysis indicates that inefficiency is primarily due to suboptimal financing and operating income, as well as inefficient utilization of several input variables.
