Institutional Repository UIN Sunan Kalijaga YogyakartaDETERMINAN PENGANGGURAN MUDA PADA TUJUH NEGARA ANGGOTA D-8 PERIODE 2014-2023NIM.: 24208011015SuhendiauthorThis study aims to analyze and explain the partial and simultaneous effects of Human Capital Quality (HCQ), Demographic Potential (DP), Domestic Investment (DI), Economic Globalization (EG), Digital Transformation (DT), and Institutional Quality (IQ) on Youth Unemployment Rate (YUR) in seven D-8 member countries over the 2014-2023 period. This study employs a quantitative approach using panel data regression with a Fixed Effect Model incorporating a first-order Autoregressive component AR(1) to address autocorrelation issues. The results show that all independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on YUR, with an Adjusted R-squared of 95.39%. Partially, Demographic Potential, Domestic Investment, and Digital Transformation have a negative and significant effect at the 5% level, Human Capital Quality has a negative and significant effect at the 10% level, while Economic Globalization and Institutional Quality do not have a significant effect on YUR.
