The approach in this research is descriptive quantitative. The subjects of this research include MAYOGA Library OPAC users while the object is MAYOGA Library OPAC. The study population included all 953 members of the MAYOGA Library. Sampling was conducted using incidental sampling technique. The calculation of the number of samples was carried out using the Yamane formula as many as 91 people. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation. The questionnaire instrument was prepared based on the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model by Doll & Torkzadeh (1988) which consists of 5 dimensions namely content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. The collected data were analyzed using the mean and grand mean formulas. The findings in this study identified that the average obtained from the five aspects of the EUCS assessment was 3.19. The value is in the score range of 2.50 < x ≤ 3.25, which means that the level of satisfaction of libsys-based OPAC users with the EUCS method at MAYOGA MAN III Sleman Library is in the satisfied category. The average of each EUCS sub-variable, namely content of 3.22, accuracy of 3.19, format of 3,19, ease of use of 3.23, timeliness of 3.10. The five aspects are in the score range 2.50 < x ≤ 3.25, which means that all aspects of the EUCS assessment are in the satisfied category. Although users are satisfied, researchers suggest education on OPAC features, updating collection data, updating interfaces, providing usage guides, and improving the quality of devices and networks to optimize OPAC performance. %Z Iryanto Chandra, M.Eng.
