The evaluation was conducted using Kirkpatrick's Four-Level Evaluation Model (Reaction, Learning, Behavior, and Results) to examine the effectiveness of the guidance program, which was designed to accommodate the physical and psychological conditions of elderly pilgrims. Data were collected through observations of Hajj guidance activities, in-depth interviews with instructors and elderly pilgrims, and documentation. The data were then analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the implementation of the Hajj guidance program has been well-organized, systematic, gradual, and responsive to the actual needs of the pilgrims. At the reaction level, elderly pilgrims expressed positive responses, stating that they felt supported, comfortable, and satisfied with the teaching methods, the instructors' attitudes, and the family-oriented atmosphere of the guidance sessions. At the learning level, there was an improvement in the pilgrims' understanding of both the theoretical and practical aspects of Hajj rituals through phased learning materials, hands-on practice, and repeated simulations, although differences in learning abilities were influenced by age, health conditions, and educational backgrounds. At the behavior level, positive behavioral changes were observed, including increased self-confidence, independence, active participation in asking questions, willingness to practice, and mutual assistance among pilgrims, supported by the instructors' guidance and group dynamics. At the results level, the guidance program had a significant impact on the readiness of elderly pilgrims to perform the Hajj independently, orderly, in accordance with Islamic teachings, and with greater mental and spiritual preparedness.
