This program has also been implemented at SMA Muhammadiyah 5 Yogyakarta to develop students' entrepreneurial character through an integrated entrepreneurship approach. This study aims to examine several aspects: (1) to analyze the implementation process of the Entrepreneur School based on management functions at SMA Muhammadiyah 5 Yogyakarta; (2) to identify and analyze the entrepreneurial characteristics developed among students; and (3) to analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors affecting the implementation of the Entrepreneur School in developing students' entrepreneurial character at SMA Muhammadiyah 5 Yogyakarta. This study employed a qualitative research design. Data collection was carried out using observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. Meanwhile, data analysis was conducted through a descriptive-analytical method referencing management functions, followed by data trustworthiness checks (validity check), and drawing conclusions. The findings of this study entitled The Implementation of the Entrepreneur School Program in Developing the Entrepreneurial Character of Students at SMA Muhammadiyah 5 Yogyakarta indicate that: (1) the entrepreneur school program is managed systematically through the implementation of the POLC management functions (Planning, Organizing, Leading, and Controlling). Planning is carried out through program formulation, organizing is implemented by assigning clear roles and responsibilities, leadership is reflected in the guidance and mentoring of students, while controlling is conducted through tracer studies and periodic evaluations. (2) The implementation of the entrepreneur school program contributes to the development of students' entrepreneurial character, including self confidence and optimism, task and achievement orientation, moderate risk taking, leadership, originality, and future orientation. These entrepreneurial characteristics are integrated with Islamic values through honesty, trustworthiness, halal orientation, and ethical branding, thereby fostering the character of an Islamic entrepreneur. (3) The successful implementation of the program is supported by adequate facilities and strategic school policies, the active role of supervising teachers, and students' internal motivation. Meanwhile, the main inhibiting factors include limited time and differences in students' abilities and readiness, which are addressed through effective coordination and strong collaboration.
